Joined letter on PolskaÉire 2016 signed!
The Minister for New Communities, Culture, Equality and Drug Strategy, Mr Aodhán Ó Ríordáin T.D. and the Ambassador of the Republic of Poland in Dublin, Mr Ryszard Sarkowicz, on 18th December signed a joined letter inviting organisations and individuals to participate in the second national Polish-Irish festival, PolskaÉire 2016.
The inaugural PolskaÉire festival was held in March of this year and was a tremendous success with over 150 events being held across the country. It is a joined initiative of Minister Ó Ríordáin and the Polish Embassy in Dublin, that was supported by Polish organisations and associations, Irish governmental and local authorities, sports clubs, artistic organisations and many individuals. It resulted in a big successful event, covered extensively by media and in the future it may become a widely recognized brand here in Ireland. Letter PolskaEire attached
